2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located outside these areas, we are sorry, but we cannot process your order right now.
3. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? Standard shipping is $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. After that, you will receive a tracking number, and the carrier will handle the rest.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return. Unless the product arrived defective, the customer covers return shipping costs.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use that link on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see real-time updates. Sometimes carriers are slower in rural areas, but the tracking will show the latest.
6. Are the brush heads replaceable? Yes, all our scrubbers use detachable brush heads. You can buy replacement packs separately. The bristles are tough on grime but gentle on surfaces, so they should last for dozens of cleans before needing a swap.
7. Can I use it on delicate surfaces like glass or stone? Absolutely, but choose the right brush. Our soft bristle heads are perfect for glass shower doors and natural stone. Harder bristles are better for grout and tough stains. Always do a small patch test first in an inconspicuous area.
8. How long does the battery last on a single charge? Most models run for 60 to 90 minutes on a full charge, depending on the speed setting. Charging takes about 3 to 4 hours. The battery is built-in, so just plug it in when it is low, and you are ready to go again.
