Shipping policy

Where We Deliver

Your SULUL electric spin scrubber ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Your Order

Every order is processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order leaves our facility, we email the tracking number to you immediately.

Delivery Time and Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $15 and typically delivers in 7-14 business days. Please note: delivery windows are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed. Actual transit may vary depending on your location and carrier route.

Carriers and Tracking

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all shipments.
Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your order ships.
You can use that number to follow your package until it reaches your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of the delivery date. Contact us right away at support@sulul.shop so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you supplied. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@sulul.shop and we will try to correct it before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
